Over 15 years ago as newlyweds, John and I started our adventure into the world of real estate. We bought fixer uppers and spent our weekends and after hours improving small little houses that needed some TLC and we turned them into long term rentals we were proud to manage. We repeated this process and gradually, after having 4 babies and leaving my job, I decided to handle more of the renovations and renovate to a higher standard than your average rental. We didn't intend to short term rent at the time, but after a few fun renovations, we knew the properties were great to host many memories and different visitors. Not only do we love renovating, but now we love hosting. To share houses fixed up with love, share our community favorites, local restaurants and even our favorite brand mattress... when we learn of special times hosted at our listings, it makes us so humbled and honored to play a small part of it. If something breaks, please let us know! If something is broken, please let us know! Accidents happen and I'm sure we can figure out what is fair but most of all, we want to get a jump on it so we can fix it or replace it. No smoking inside of anything, outside smoking please dispose of trash responsibly in outside trash cans
No Parties or guests who are not staying at house unless pre-approved
No Pets unless approved for certain listing
No outside noise after 9pm and considerate noise levels at all hours
Certain mid-term rentals (30 day stays or longer) require criminal background checks for booking to be approved
